0 Porter Ridge Road, Spencer

Great opportunity to own a large tract of timber ground. Property is in a good location out in the country. This land is located near the Owen/Greene County line and is conveniently located only 15 minutes from Spencer and less than 30 minutes from Bloomington or Bloomfield, enjoy all that country life has to offer but still only a short drive to town or work. Property has good road frontage from two areas off of Porter Ridge Rd. A recent selective timber harvest was done and has added some nice trails for getting throughout the property along with a main gravel road allowing access to the separate tracts that are being offered. There are several ideal building areas within the property that have water, electric and fiber available to them all. This property is home to an abundance of wildlife. Awesome ground for deer, turkey, small game and morel mushroom hunting. This tract is large enough to be able to hold deer and grow monster bucks. Several areas would make excellent spots to add in some food plots and have a dynamite hunting property. Some nice lakes and several brooks run through the ground providing a water source for the wildlife and opportunities to enjoy fishing. Property is also being offered as 12 separate split tracts, see maps for different tracts. Opportunities like this seldom come along, don't miss yours!
