215 S Macedonia Avenue, Muncie

INVESTOR SPECIAL - FULL RENOVATION REQUIRED. Two-unit frame duplex in Muncie's near-east side, with 2,128 sq ft of living space on a 40' x 110' platted lot. The structure features 3 bedrooms total and 2 full baths, a crawl-space foundation, an asphalt roof and central warm-air heat. The building needs a complete gut rehab and has been vacant.
